May I register to I-Account via www.ifortuna.cz?
Unfortunately NOT. By means of www.ifortuna.cz you may only create the „pre-registration" which you will then activate at any branch office in the country. This procedure has been stipulated because of legislative reasons.
What is the difference between the Internet betting and the present ticket preparation?
Almost zero. After the display of Fortuna Internet site you must register yourself by the allocated name and password. After that you will create the ticket by clicking the odds in the offer. If you have sufficient cash on your betting account, you will immediately lay the bet by clicking the push-button „vsadit" („bet").
How to obtain the user name and the password ?
Existing clients of Fortuna Club Plus, who utilize the betting by phone or the client´s ticket preparation already possess their user name and password. It suffices to go to the branch office where the attendant will check your identity against a valid document, print a new contract and activate the Internet betting.
New client can complete the application form straight at the branch office and automatically become a member of Fortuna Club Plus with I-Account service and can thus utilize the Internet or telephone betting.
Or he/she can prepare on www.ifortuna.cz the „pre-registration" and go to the branch office "only" for the contract.
How to deposit funds to I-Account?
Best of all, immediately upon the activation of Internet betting at the branch office (so that you can then immediately bet). Other ways are the bank transfer (you may only start betting at a time when the bank has transferred the funds. You will be informed by SMS of the increase on your gaming account) and the payments made by credit card.
How can I collect the funds from I-Account ?
In cash at any Fortuna branch office or comfortably by way of a bank transfer. This transfer can be adjusted on web sites or by means of SMS. In case of higher amounts we recommend the bank transfer.
Which is the minimum amount to be transferred from I-Account to the bank?
Minimum cashless transfer from I-Account to your bank account is CK 2.
How long does it take to credit the winning to the account?

Shall I acquire for the Internet bets points equally as at the branch office?
Yes, points for the Internet betting are ascribed at the same value as if at the branch office. It is also possible to bet into "Mistrovství" ("Mastery") or to purchase the odds preferential treatment after the 5th or 8th bet. Bonus after the 15th and 21st bet is ascribed automatically. Points acquired by Internet bets may be claimed at a branch office without any difference.
If I bet into „Mistrovství" ("Mastery) via the Internet, at which branch offices shall I compete?
In the event of bets into "Mistrovtsví" ("Mastery") your home branch office will be that branch office with which you have registered yourselves. As regards clients who have already competed and compete in "Mistrovství" ("Mastery"), nothing is changed after the Internet betting activation. New and existing clients may have their home branch office changed. To do so use the form on our web sites in section "Printed Matter". This form is of course available at all our branch offices too.
Will it be possible to bet non stop on the Internet?
So far, this has not possible from the technical point of view. Opening hours are from 6 AM

How much time have I to cancel a bet?
The bet laid via the Internet cannot be cancelled. The bet laid by phone can be cancelled within the framework of the telephone conversation or in the event of an operator´s fault. . The bet laid at the branch office can be cancelled upon collection of the tickets from the attendant. .
Is sending SMS to I-Account charged?
Yes; its price depends on the mobile operator´s tariff.
Are calls to the I-Account line charged?
Yes; you may select the numbers according to your operator and choose thus the call most convenient for you. Calls to the Fortuna info line are charged according to the prices specified by operators too.
I received the activation SMS; shall I have to pay for the incoming SMS from I-Account ?
No, you do not pay for any SMS coming from I-Account. It is Fortuna which pays for the incoming SMS´s. Upon the SMS service the incoming SMS message is "charged" at a value of 20 points.
I often stay outside the country. Is there a chance to bet with you in spite of that ?
Yes! You have this possibility just with the I-Account service. With the activated service you may lay bets also outside the Czech Republic by means of the Internet, as well as by phone.
I have no Fortuna branch office at the place of my residence and I am therefore an irregular client.

If I have lost the card, is there any chance that the funds can be collected from my account without my authorization?
