I-Account Number

In the event you are interested in laying bets  by remote access and are not a member of FORTUNA CLUB PLUS, complete, first of all, the application form for membership of FORTUNA CLUB PLUS, distinguished by its I-Account service in the following ways:

  • at any Fortuna  branch office . If you complete the  application form at the branch office and pay any deposit, you may immediately use all the services; or
  • pre-register yourself on www.ifortuna.cz and visit the branch office „only“ to collect the contract.

Existing clients of Fortuna Club Plus complete the application form as an extension of their membership and continue to use their valid card of Fortuna Klubu Plus!

Deposits paid to the account

If you intend to utilize bank operations without payment in cash, you have an option to subsidize your account.  There is no limit for the maximum value of your account  or to restrict you  continuously  subsidizing it.  You may pay the deposit as follows:

  • by making its payment at any Fortuna branch office. The account shall be immediately raised; or  
  • by itstransferto theI-Account No.  2423832/0800 conducted by Česká spořitelna  („ČS“),  while indicating the compulsory variable symbol represented by  7-digit number referred to in the application. Your account will be raised on the date of the deposit transfer from your bank.

Preparation of wager by means of www.ifortuna.cz

Compilation of a wager is prepared by means of clicking the selected odds.  This step will add the match to the list. If required, classify the matches according to groups. In the box „ticket type“ select the type of game which you intend to apply to the bet, namely,  „Sólo“, „AKO“, „Maxikombi“, „Falc“ or numerical games. By filling in the „deposit“ you determine the value at which you wish to lay your bet. Then click the push-button  „check the  ticket“. If  everything is in order and you have sufficient cash on the account, click the push-button  „bet“. After that a period of 15 seconds begins to be counted on the ticket during which you have to confirm the ticket for the bet or to reject it. If you do not intend to lay the bet immediately but wish to bet the same later on by means of telephone or at the branch office, click the push-button „save the e-ticket“. Upon laying the bet at the branch office the manipulation fee equal to 10% shall be deducted.  You may see the tickets saved in the above way in the  section  “přehled e-tiketů” („overview of e-tickets“).  In case of a change in the ticket you may remove the match by clicking the cross next to the match, prior to the saving operation.  If you change your tip regarding a match, you must delete the whole match from the list and to select it from the proposed odds once again.  The number of tickets is not restricted.  Tickets prepared in this way are not binding and you can make changes thereof until the time of their filing. All the tickets bet are saved in section “přehled sázenek” („overview of football coupons“)  regardless of the place and the way of betting.

Should you prepare the ticket without the registration in accordance with the foregoing, a twelve-digit code will be generated upon laying the bet and you must report it during your personal communications by telephone or at the branch office.

Adjustment of "Mistrovství" („Mastery“)

When betting a ticket online, you may adjust the parameter  "Mistrovství" („Mastery“) and that always with each ticket separately.  You will find this offer  below the line "EVK". In the case of maintaining the daily limit  ( maximum CZK 500) it is sufficient to tick off the field. Pay attention to that  in case of betting by telephone or at the branch office you must report your  requirement for "Mistrovství" („Mastery“) prior to laying the bet.

Adjustment of "Malá domů" („A pass to One´s Own Goalie“)

The parameter   "Malá domů " („A pass to One´s Own Goalie“) can be adjusted upon compliance with the condition  (minimum 200, maximum odds for each individual opportunity 9:1 ) in the field containing „Sólo“, „Ako", Maxi. At the instant when the ticket under preparation complies with the condition the offer will be extended for you by this offer and you will adjust the ticket thereto by clicking the appropriate line.

Laying a bet by means of telephone

When you get through to the telephone line specified for acceptance of bets, you will report your  identification data: two positions of your safety password and in the event you have not called from your priority line, then also the card number.  To report the ticket is possible in the following three ways:

  • Operator will recall your  wagers which your have prepared on www.ifortuna.cz after the registration. In the case you have prepared the ticket on web site the system keeps the ticket amounts too so that you need not remember anything to register the bet.   
  • Dictate the generated 12-digit code of the ticket prepared on   www.ifortuna.cz without any registration.  When preparing the ticket via web site without a registration, you must specify the ticket code for the attendant´s information. 
  • Dictate the information numbers, matches and tips you intend to wager.

After you have reported the deposit and the game selected by you the attendant will repeat all that to you once more, together with the applicable odds and rates, repetition of the deposit value and an information on the possible winnings. After you have explicitly approved it the attendant will save the wager in the system.  Cancellation of the bet once laid is not possible anymore, except as an operator´s mistake. All the calls are monitored. In the event of any confusion regarding the wager one may ask for a verification of the call which has taken place, by means of the telephone lines designated for telephone bets.

Non cash wager at the branch office

In the conventional way of betting a ticket at the branch office you have two options of payment now.
Either in cash or by bank deposit/transfer, just by means of I-Account.  You will advise the branch office that you are going to  pay the laid bet in a cashless way. The condition is to carry  the Fortuna Club Plus membership card with   I-Account service and  to have a  sufficient balance on the account.

Confirmation of bets

After laying the bet by telephone you will receive at the telephone number mentioned on the first position the email message (“SMS”) with the ticket code. You can also check the ticket state  on www.ifortuna.cz at any time whatsoever, after registering in the system or via the I-Account operators.  We can inform you ourselves  of the time when your ticket becomes the winning one. This service applies to the tickets bet on a client card. Price per SMS sent is equal to 20 points.

Send from your mobile phone a short text message to the telephone No. +420 739 604 669, structured as follows: SMSspace16-digit ticket number (without the controlling code after the dash)
Example: SMS 1063171021195822

The outgoing message shall be paid according to the tariff applied by your operator. As soon as all the matches on your ticket have been evaluated, we shall send you the message, whether you were successful, or not.

You may activate this service free on  www.ifortuna.cz, where after logging in the system a possibility to have the required information sent is displayed with each of the football coupons in the "Přehled sázenek" ("Overview of football coupons") section.

Access to the account by means of www.ifortuna.cz

If you intend to utilize I-Account services by means of the Internet, visit the Fortuna web site www.ifortuna.cz and register yourselves by your alias and selected password, serving for your identification. You have to download everything in the correct shape of small  and capital letters.

Upon your first registration into the system you will be asked to change the password. You cannot operate your account without this change.

 After logging in the I-Account system by means of the Internet (web site) you can:

  • immediately lay an unrestricted number of bets; 
  • prepare an unrestricted number of football coupons; 
  • monitor the overview of all your transactions made on the account; 
  • transfer funds from the account and subsidize the account; 
  • select the way of payments at the branch office; 
  • view all the bets laid by you; 
  • change your contact data (i.e. the address, telephone No., email, etc.); 
  • change your access password; and 
  • adjust and change parameters of the Client´s Offer as required.

I-Account transfer and subsidy

Financial transfer is possible as a maximum up to a value of the actual state of the account to the account selected by you. You may ask (by way of  SMS, on  www.ifortuna.cz or via the operator) for payment of the cash at any Fortuna branch office or by its transfer to an account.  

If you wish to collect cash from your account at any branch office, it is sufficient to send  SMS from your mobile phone number mentioned on the first position (“změna údajů”) (“change of data” section).

SMS shape reads “vyber částka“ (“collection amount” ( e.g. collection  350 ) and you will send it to   +420739604669. The work “vyber” (“collection”) must be without any diacritical signs, followed by the compulsory space and then the required amount. The amount activated in the above way is valid over 24 hours.  As a confirmation of the correct registration you will receive back the confirming SMS. 

You may also adjust the collection of cash on  www.ifortuna.cz - „žádost o výplatu“ (“request for payment”), where you specify the amount and tick off the “výběr na pobočce” ( “collection at the branch office”) or “výběr převodem (“collection by transfer”).

Collection by transfer is designated for FKP active clients in accordance with these terms:  every client has the right to two transfers without implementation of a bet and afterwards the transfer may take place only upon laying a bet on the client card, on the basis of one bet one transfer rule. 

If you wish to implement the transfer from the account to your bank account, it is sufficient to send SMS in the shape “banka částka”(“bank amount”) ( e.g. bank 5000 ) and send it to   +420739604669. The condition is to have the filled-in bank account. (You may top up the bank account at any time whatsoever on  www.ifortuna.cz in the section  „změna údajů“(“change of data”) through  I-Account operators or at any branch office.)

If you have the winnings on the ticket which was bet physically at a branch office, you can have it comfortably paid to the account.  Win, bet and decide yourself how much cash you will take away..

In the event of lack of  cash at the branch office you need not fear that you might loose the ticket up to the time of payment.  You can credit it to your account and you will be sure thereof. Both the deposits to and collections from the account are  free.

State of cash on the client´s account

You will see the state of cash on your account always after logging in the system.  After each bet laid the amount bet shall be immediately deducted from the current amount of cash.  The winnings are credited immediately after evaluation of the whole ticket. In the event of  sports major leagues  your winnings will be credited to your account within several minutes following the end of the match, providing that this time may be extended in the case of disputable results.  In the event of a faulty evaluation of  the match caused by Fortuna the procedure follows the applicable complaint rules.  You will be told all the information on your account by I-account Operator.

You will note the current state of your points account always after  logging in on  www.ifortuna.cz, or you will be told it by I-Account operators or at any branch office.

Membership card

Establishment of your FORTUNA CLUB PLUS membership with I-Account service will result in issuance of your membership card.

13-digit card number serves partly to identify you, together with random positions from your safety password in the case of laying bets by phone.

When at a branch office, you are obliged to identify yourself by your membership card, with an exception of the operation “ deposit to the account”. Deposit to your account may be implemented by a third party too, who will know the number of your card.

In the event of the card loss complete at any Fortuna branch office the  form. You will be issued the card duplicate against the points payment equal to 200 points for its production and the card duplicate will be sent to your home branch office within a period of twenty days. Should you prefer the card to be sent to another one than the home branch office, advice the branch attendance thereof.  (We do not send cards to private addresses but to our branch office network). This form is available also on www.ifortuna.cz in section “FKP/I-Konto tiskopisy” (“FKP/I-Account Printed Matter”) or at any one of the branch offices.

Take up the same steps also in the event the card has been damaged or if you intend to transfer your membership to another branch office.

Client data

Identification: The data referred to in your contract serve to unequivocally identify your account, as well as for deposits to and collections from the account made. You have a possibility to change the contact data through  www.ifortuna.cz, I-Account operators and branch office attendants.

Change of the access password is possible after logging in the system, section  „změna údajů“ (“change of the data”), where you specify the old password, select the new one and confirm it. We recommend to change the access password with each and any suspicion that it might be misused by somebody.  The number of changes of safety passwords is neither restricted, nor to be paid for.

In the event  you forget the password  complete the appropriate data in the box „Zapomněli jste heslo?“ (“Forgot your password?”) on www.ifortuna.cz or contact I-Account operators who will send you your password once again by way of SMS after verifying your membership data (i.e. the residential address, date of birth, ID Card No.). We do never tell the whole password or a part thereof by phone. 

Termination of the contract

The contract is entered into for an indefinite period. Both Fortuna and the client may terminate the contract by written notice without giving any grounds for justification, even within a period of one (1) day commencing to run on the day following the date of delivery of the notice to the other party. The balance remaining on the client´s I-Account shall be sent to the client´s bank account referred to at the top of this contract, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prior to termination of this contract and cancellation of the I-Account  the contracting parties are obliged mutually to settle their receivables and payables resulting from this contract.

Protection of client´s data

Only you are entitled to dispose of the funds on the client´s account  by an order implemented by means of the I-Account service, secured by the password or in person at any Fortuna branch office. Fortuna is obliged to perform and debit your account with any order in which a valid password has been used and which has been specified in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of FKP. You shall be responsible for misuse of the access password. If Fortuna discovers that the password has been misused by a third party, especially, a person less then 18 years old, Fortuna shall be entitled and obliged to stop accepting bets, prevent participation in the game, cancel the account and return the balance of the funds kept on the account to the client.

The client shall be promptly notified of this Fortuna decision by means of a registered letter.

Possible complaints

Bettors may file justified complaints with Fortuna which will investigate them and inform the complainant of the result within a period of thirty (30) calendar days.  In the cases not expressly provided by the Gaming Plan the bettors must submit to Fortuna decisions.
